Privacy, in plain English

This product exists to celebrate students, most of whom are minors. That shapes every choice below.

What we store

For each senior: the name to announce, jersey/position, escorts, pronunciations, and the optional details a family chooses to share (future plans, a favorite memory, thank-yous), plus the photos a family uploads. For organizers: an email and password for the account. That’s the list — we don’t collect anything a Senior Night doesn’t need.

Who can see it

The event’s organizer, and each family through their own private link — a family link shows only that family’s senior. Links are revocable at any time, and when the organizer closes the event after the ceremony, every family link stops working. There are no public profiles and no directory.

What happens to photos

Uploaded photos are stored privately and used only to build this event’s materials. Backgrounds are removed by an automated image service to place the senior on the graphics. Student photos and student details are never used to train AI models and are never sent to the design AI — it designs templates from your school’s colors and mascot before any student photo exists in them.

Services we run on

Hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), automated photo background removal, and an AI text service that drafts announcer introductions from the facts a family approved — drafts an organizer always reviews and can rewrite. Each processes data only to provide its function.

Deletion

Families can remove their uploaded photos any time before the event is finalized, directly from their link. To remove a senior’s information or an entire event, contact the organizer who invited you, or the address on the site you signed up on — removal includes stored photos, not just the visible page.

By submitting a family link, you confirm you are the senior’s parent or guardian, or have their permission. Last updated September 2026.
