Senior night.
Done.

Families send photos and details through a private link. You approve each senior once. The graphics, printed program, gym slides and announcer script build themselves — matched, in your school’s colors.

Free while we’re in early access. No card, no catch — we’ll tell you long before that changes.

A walkout screen for the gym: senior's name in large type over school colors, jersey number behind, spotlight from above
Real output from the rendering engine. The silhouette is where your senior’s photo goes.

You approve each senior once. Everything below comes out matched.

Change a name, a number or an escort and every output updates. Nothing to keep in sync by hand.

Four formats

Social square, story, portrait, and a 1920×1080 walkout screen for the gym — each art-directed for its shape, not stretched.

Announcer script studio

Opening, every senior, closing — editable in one place, with pronunciations you can't miss and a running read time. Prints large, one senior per page.

Printed program

Every senior with their photo, escorts and future plans. Print at home or any print shop.

Gym presentation

Widescreen slides in walkout order. Works offline — plug the laptop in and press play.

Final Ceremony Pack

One ZIP with every file, versioned and never silently changed. What you rehearse with is what runs.

How the week before Senior Night goes

  1. 1
    Set up your team

School, colors, mascot, logo. Five custom design families are built for your school while you add the roster.

  2. 2
    Send family links

Each senior's family gets a private link. They add photos, escorts, pronunciations and a favorite memory from their phone.

  3. 3
    Approve each senior

You see exactly what the family wrote and how the graphics look. Approve when it's right.

  4. 4
    Polish the script

Introductions write themselves as drafts. You edit every word in the script studio — nothing is final until you say so.

  5. 5
    Download the pack

Graphics, program, slides and script in one ZIP. Run the night, then close the event and it's archived forever.

Built around the families, not another group chat

No accounts for parents, no shared drive, no “can you resend that photo.” Each family gets one private link that works on a phone. They see exactly what will be said and shown about their senior, and can fix it before you ever hit print.

  • Private, revocable links — no logins for families
  • Photos get backgrounds removed automatically for the graphics
  • Name pronunciations for seniors and escorts, front and center for the announcer
  • Families confirm what may be announced and shared

Long names, hyphenated names, accents — the engine fits them all. These three are straight from the test roster.

What this is, and what it isn’t

It is

A web app that takes one team from roster to a finished ceremony: coordinated graphics in your school’s colors, the printed program, the gym slides, the announcer script, and one offline pack — all built from the same approved facts.

It isn’t

A print shop (your files are ready to print anywhere), a native app (it’s a website that works on phones), or a subscription. One team, one event, one place.

Questions organizers ask

Is it really free?

Yes, while we're in early access — the whole product, no card. If that ever changes, existing events finish on the terms they started with.

What if a family never responds?

You can fill in a senior's details and photo yourself, or mark them photo-less — the graphics adapt. Nobody gets left off the wall because of an unanswered text.

Do the graphics really match our school?

You set official colors, logo and mascot once. Five design families are built specifically for your school; you pick one and every senior renders in it.

Who can see the photos families upload?

Only you and that senior's family link. Links are revocable, and when you close the event after the ceremony, every family link stops working.

What do I actually print?

The program and the announcer script, at home or at any print shop. Everything else lives on screens — social feeds and the gym display.

One night. Handled.

Set up your team tonight; send the family links tomorrow. Most organizers are done collecting within a week.
